Francis Cornelius "Frank" Chivers (born April 7, 1909 in Drybrook, Gloucestershire, died April 2, 1942) was a former professional footballer, who played for Barnsley, Huddersfield Town & Blackburn Rovers.
He was killed in a mining accident in April 1942.
